I realize it has been almost a year. Oh well!

Today was a really awesome day! We rode to the base at 2:30 and lived the day that we had anticipated seven months ago.

I didn't think it really happened until I got home and saw this...

Then I saw this ...

And I realized that this really happened.

Oregon or Bust!

We have a great trip to Oregon to see Grandma and Grandpa and the cousins.

We went crabbing on the coast. It was cold, but so fun.

We went shooting for the first time and Addison loved it. She was so proud of herself.

We found the biggest "blow flower" ever. She was so excited.

Berklie had her first sucker and needless to say she loved it.

Berklie wasn't so sure about the swing, but it grew on her and she liked it.

We all had such a great time, it was so hard to come back. We look forward to going again soon.

Almost July, Really?

So much has happened since the last post, here are a few highlights:

Addi had her last dance recital!

Berklie found her toes!

We went on a family trip to Lava Hot Springs. We stayed in a beautiful place and swam most of the weekend. When we weren't swimming, we were relaxing. It was wonderful!

Brandon had to jump off the high dive and he is still suffering from it.

We also went on a pre-deployment retreat. We stayed in a great condo, swam in the pool and spent time together as a family. Addison had a blast. We were grateful to get to know some of the people Brandon works with. We loved the fire and I think it will be a trip that we will cherish for a long time.
