Almost July, Really?

So much has happened since the last post, here are a few highlights:

Addi had her last dance recital!

Berklie found her toes!

We went on a family trip to Lava Hot Springs. We stayed in a beautiful place and swam most of the weekend. When we weren't swimming, we were relaxing. It was wonderful!

Brandon had to jump off the high dive and he is still suffering from it.

We also went on a pre-deployment retreat. We stayed in a great condo, swam in the pool and spent time together as a family. Addison had a blast. We were grateful to get to know some of the people Brandon works with. We loved the fire and I think it will be a trip that we will cherish for a long time.

Addi won the spirit award for sharing her toys with her friends.

Happy Mother's Day!!

Today I am honored to be a mother and I am so blessed to have two wonderful little girls. How the time flies by.

I am grateful for my own mother and husband's mother who showed me the kind of mother I want to be.

Happy Mother's Day to all of you wonderful women out there. Your example and strength are a blessing to me in my life. Thank you!

My Beautiful Babies

Thank you to a very talented friend. I love the new pictures of my girls.

This is not a repeat post, but yes, it actually snowed last night and we woke up to at least four inches of snow. So instead of doing the normal spring things, like playing at the park, Addi and I built a snowman. One wasn't enough, we actually had to make a mommy one too, to go with the daddy.

Green was the color this year. We coordinated well and everybody had a great Easter. We are just grateful to have had Brandon home this year and to spend it with family. Happy Easter!
